Due to our location, every place is easily reachable, even by foot or by public transport. There are trams and buses available in the immediate vicinity, and the nearby metro station brings you to all the places you want to visit in a few stops. In case of booking a non-refundable room rate, the total reservation will be charged and is non-refundable or transferable. Cancellation policy - Upon cancellation of a reservation, the customer will be charged a certain percentage of the total price of accommodation. If canceled up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
Check-in & check-out - Check-in starts at 16:00. You can always leave the luggage at the reception, park your car and have a walk back to the hotel where we can check you in. Should you arrive earlier than that, we will do our best to get your room ready as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that we will have a room ready before that time. If you do need to wait to check in, feel free to store your suitcases in our luggage room. You can check out until noon. If you’d like to stay in your room longer, please coordinate with the reception.

"Good place in a convenient location, just 5 minutes walk to the ped zone where the tram stops. Clean room, I got lucky my room here was big, recently remodeled, big comfy bed, modern bathroom and a kitchenette. I was able to complete some work on my laptop, thanks to the superfast WIFI. Theo, the owner, was very accommodating: thanks again for the room upgrade. Great Peruvian restaurant adjacent and a very well sorted supermarket across the street. If you looking for an affordable, safe place to stay, I really recommend Theo's Hotel California!!"
